Cutaneous sensory receptors are found in the dermis and epidermis. Muscle spindles contain mechanoreceptors that detect stretched muscles.Epidermis is made of stratified squamous epithelium, and its the outer layer of skin
Dermis location in the inner layer of the skin and its thicker than Epidermis
